Shepherd Limousine uses information submitted through this website to respond to transportation requests and communicate about requested service.
Information submitted
The booking form may collect your name, phone number, email address, pickup and destination, date and time, passenger count, luggage count, service type, airport, airline and flight information, hotel, return-trip details, and special requests.
How it is used
Submitted information is used to review availability, prepare a quote, coordinate requested transportation, and contact you about the request.
Email delivery and operational backup
Website requests are transmitted through the website hosting provider’s mail relay to Shepherd Limousine’s Google Workspace inbox. A restricted server-side backup is maintained outside the public website so transportation inquiries are not lost if email delivery is interrupted.
Backup retention
Server-side form backup records are automatically pruned after approximately 90 days. Email correspondence may be retained as part of ordinary business operations.
Payment information
Do not submit payment card numbers or other sensitive financial information through the website request form.
